  • Do tenants pay anything?
    Tenant self-screenings are €25 each. The Rental Passport (your portable rental reputation) is free for tenants — always.
  • What if I run multiple companies or LLCs?
    Multiple owned organizations is an Enterprise feature. Property management companies (managing many landlord clients) work inside one workspace via Client Portfolios — no extra workspace needed.
  • What happens if I have more than 25 properties on Pro?
    Pro doesn't hard-cap. We bill the difference at €0.80/property/month on the next invoice. Above 50 properties, get in touch — we'll work out a plan.
