Invited applicants never pay. The landlord's first completed screening is free; after that, screening costs €25 on Free or €17 on a paid plan when no included screening remains.

What if I run multiple companies or LLCs?

Owning more than one workspace is an Enterprise feature. Property management companies (managing many landlord clients) work inside one workspace via client portfolios — no extra workspace needed.

What happens if I have more than 25 properties on Pro?

Pro doesn't hard-cap. We bill the difference at €0.80/property/month on the next invoice. Above 50 properties, get in touch — we'll work out a plan.
